Background TAKAYASU disease is an inflammatory vasculitis of the means and large caliber, which affects th aorta its main branches, leads to formation arterial stenosis, thromboses aneurysms. Touching preferably young women, it may be responsible for complications severe visceral events that life-threatening. Methods We conducted a 38-year, single-centric retrospective study (1984 2022) in patients followed at department internal medicine vascular surgery Ibn Sina Hospital Rabat.
